TO ADVANCED BASE CAMP - This is a 14 mile hike, ascending from 17,000 to 21,000 feet in elevation. The first time, we did this hike in two days. After spending time at ABC and then descending down to base camp, we ascended back up to ABC in one day because we were better acclimatized. It was still a long, tough hike.
